Q: Item availability
The item availability is listed in the product details order page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping cart. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and PayPal for all orders. Customers without a PayPal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
All orders are shipped the following business day. For US standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Please allow 3~10 business days. If order has not arrived within the time period, there might be delay due to destination country's custom clearing process.
